Sara Bareilles (born in Humboldt County, California) is a singer-songwriter and pianist. She has been compared to Fiona Apple, Norah Jones, and Joni Mitchell, yet has no formal training in either voice or piano. Sara attended UCLA, where she was a member of their a cappella group Awaken. In 2007, Bareilles toured as the opening act for Aqualung and Mika.
This is the debut major-label album by singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles, which was released on July 3, 2007. Six of the tracks are re-recorded studio versions of songs from her last album, the independently recorded demo Careful Confessions. 激情電影
