本月11日，MCA发行实力派乡村女歌手Trisha Yearwood的Greatest Hits精选集，17首曲目，包含两首为发行的歌曲。相比十年前的Songbook精选，这次精选前八首同样收在Songbook里面，97年以后的专辑收录的7首歌曲，不过去年那张Jasper County专辑里面连一首歌都没选。象Trisha Yearwood这类靠实力说话的歌手，十多年歌唱历程，最起码要出个The Very Best of的两CD，才对得起广大歌迷。
Trisha Yearwood's Greatest Hits will be released Tuesday (Sept. 11) on MCA Nashville. The collection includes 15 Top 10 hits, from 1991's "She's in Love With the Boy" through 2001's "I Would Have Loved You Anyway," and concludes with two previously unreleased songs, "Just a Cup of Coffee" and "Nothin' to Lose." Yearwood's previous career compilation, Songbook - A Collection of Hits, was released in 1997. She parted ways with MCA Nashville following Jasper County in 2005. She is now signed to Big Machine Records, which recently released the single, "Heaven, Heartache and the Power of Love."
